Entrepreneurship Training — Eastlands College
linkedin.com/alicengatia , Date: 2024/2025 At Eastlands College, we designed the programme around two halves that TVET students rarely get in one place. Schneider Electric colleagues brought real grounding technical know-how, as well as the soft skills a business actually runs on. The Top Marketers Club Mentorship Programme
linkedin.com/alicengatia , 2025 – present I coordinate the mentorship programme at The Top Marketers Club, pairing working marketers with mentors who’ve faced the exact career inflection points they’re navigating now. These are kids growing up in one of Nairobi’s more vulnerable communities, and sometimes the most useful thing you can give them is just by showing […]
Enactus Mentorship Partnership
linkedin.com/alicengatia , 2022 – present Schneider Electric partners with Enactus to put experienced professionals alongside students building their own careers and ventures. There’s no fixed subject I’m there to teach, rather, my role is much simpler than that: being a steady, honest presence for people a few steps behind, someone who’s been through the same […]
