I coordinate the mentorship programme at The Top Marketers Club, pairing working marketers with mentors who’ve faced the exact career inflection points they’re navigating now. It’s peer leadership in the truest sense: marketers helping the next generation of marketers move faster than we did, and building a community of practice that didn’t exist for most of us coming up.
Coordinating means more than matchmaking, it’s staying close enough to the curriculum and the relationships themselves to know when a pairing is thriving and when it needs a nudge. We’re now running our second cohort, sharpening what the first one taught us.
