Through Schneider Electric, I volunteered to teach mid-primary school children at Ruai Primary School about sustainability; what it means, why it matters, and the small, concrete ways they can already take care of their environment. What struck me most was how much they already knew.
I choose to bring the company’s sustainability expertise into a primary school classroom because the return on that investment compounds for decades, not quarters. This is a generation growing up fluent in the climate conversation in a way mine wasn’t. Our job now is to nurture that fluency, not talk down to it.
